Правило и как решать
После said в прошедшем времени время сдвигается назад: Present → Past, Past → Past Perfect, will → would; меняются местоимения и слова-указатели (tomorrow → the next day).
Подсказка: Сдвинь время на шаг назад и поправь местоимения.

Ответ: He said that he had visited his grandmother the day before.

- Anna said that she would call you the next day.
Ответ: Anna said that she would call me the next day.
Решение: will → would, you → me, tomorrow → the next day. Верно: Anna said that she would call me the next day.

- He said that he is tired.

Ответ: He said that he was tired.
Решение: В косвенной речи после said время сдвигается назад: am → was, местоимение I → he. Верно: He said that he was tired.
